SHIPMENT & DELIVERY: 

Local pickup and deliveries are available upon request if you're in the Chicagoland area. Our showroom is located at -

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES: 

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon order. Custom orders, depending on the piece, will run between 6 - 8 weeks. Most items will ship within 4 - 6 weeks, but larger items and concrete items take longer to make, thus increasing the shipping time. All flat packed goods (non-freight) will ship with no signature required.

Unless discussed prior to shipping, what WE make will select the carrier and method of shipment. We will take photos of the items prior to shipping and send them to you via email as confirmation of shipment. what WE make will provide a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. Currently, we only ship within the United States, but are willing to explore shipment options outside of the United States upon request. All additional shipping costs for international shipping will be added to the purchase order. 

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES:

You will be responsible for extra shipping fees if your delivery address is:

  1. Outside of the Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico)
  2. Classified by the carrier as remote or in large city limits (i.e. Staten Island, Upper Peninsula of MI, NYC, Brooklyn, DC, LA) 

* These costs will be due to What WE Make prior to shipment.


FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: 

Most items over 150 lb. will ship via a freight carrier within 3-5 business days of approval. The carrier will contact you via telephone to schedule an appointment, and will not deliver without a delivery appointment. Freight shipments require a signature.

Freight carriers drop off curbside, meaning that service provides delivery to the curb or at the end of your driveway. Carriers will NOT help you bring items into your home, so please plan accordingly. In home deliveries (white glove) are available upon request for an additional fee and must be finalized with what WE make prior to shipping. UPON RECEIVING BUYER NEEDS TO:

For all flat packed items (non-freight, less than 150 lb.) please inspect goods and notify what WE make within 48 hours of any damage. If damaged, take photos of the damage and packaging and send them to: info@wwmake.com.

All freight shipments are delivered in a secure custom built crate. Please inspect the entire crate for any damages before signing for your furniture. DO NOT sign or accept any freight delivery that has been damaged. Call or e-mail us immediately if damages occur via freight at info@wwmake.com / 331.442.4830. what WE make will process a claim immediately with the shipping carrier and work on replacing or repairing the item at no cost to you.

ANY CLAIMS MADE AFTER 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
